Roasted Garlic Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients;
1/2 c of (olive oil)
1/4 c of melted butter
4 pcs of potatoes (medium); scrubbed clean then peeled
3 pcs of garlic cloves; sliced thinly
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of thyme (dried)
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F. Combine the melted butter with oil inside a bowl; set on the side.
Slice the potatoes to 1/4 inch thick rounds; arrange on a (shallow) baking dish, in one layer. Brush them with butter/oil mixture and pour over the remaining.
Combine salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme; mix thoroughly and sprinkle over the potatoes evenly. Bake inside preheated oven foe half an hour. Serve at once.
