Sausage Brunch Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs of ground sausage (pork)
8 oz of refrigerated dough (crescent roll)
2 c of cheese (Mozzarella)
4 pcs of eggs (large); beaten
3/4 c of milk (whole)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Cook the sausage inside a skillet above medium-high heat till browned evenly. Drain then crumble; set on the side. Preheat the oven (425 degrees F).
Slightly grease 9×13-inch pan then lay the crescent roll dough flat inside. Combine cheese, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and crumbled sausage; mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture above the rolls. Place inside (preheated) oven and bake for fifteen mins.
