Shepherd’s Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of lean beef (ground)
1 pc of onion; chopped
2 c of frozen vegetables (mixed)
10 oz of canned soup (cream of mushroom, with roasted garlic)
3 c of refrigerated potatoes (mashed)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (375 degrees F). Cook the beef with onion inside a skillet for 10 mins or till meat has browned and the onion becomes soft; stir constantly to crumble the meat. Drain of the fat.
Add the vegetables along with soup; cook for 4 mins till heated thoroughly. Place on a 9-inch pie dish and spoon over the potatoes. Bake inside preheated oven for 35 to 45 mins, till bubbly and golden.
