Shrimp and Corn Chowder Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of onion (green); chopped
1 pc of garlic clove; crushed
1/8 tsp of cayenne
1 Tbsp of butter
21.5 oz of canned condensed soup (cream of potato)
3 oz of softened cream cheese
3 c of milk (2%PRCTG%)
2 c of shrimp; shelled, deveined, and rinsed
1 c of corn (canned)
Instructions:
Saute the garlic, cayenne, and onions with butter inside a saucepan till onion become soft. Add the (cream) cheese, milk, and soup; cook, while stirring occasionally, till mixture becomes smooth.
Ass corn and shrimp; stir thoroughly and let it boil. Once boiling, reduce heat then let it simmer for ten mins, covered. Stir occasionally till shrimp becomes pink and cooked through. Serve at once.
