Speedy Swiss Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5-2 pounds of steak (round); cut to serving sizes
2 Tablespoons of oil
8 ounces of onion; chopped
2 ounces of pepper (green); chopped
10.75 oz of canned soup (tomato)
1/2 teaspoon of celery (seed)
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper (black)
2 Tablespoons of flour
1/3 cup of water
2 ounces of water
Instructions:
Cook the steak with oil inside a (pressure) cooker till browned each side. Add onion, green pepper, soup, two ounces of water, celery, paprika, salt, and pepper; cover tightly.
Place the regulator on the (vent) pipe and bring the cooker to fifteen pounds up or till the regulator rocks slowly.
Lower down heat then cook for fifteen mins at fifteen pounds of pressure. Take out from heat then let it stand till pressure drops normally.
Combine on-third cup of water and flour; add onto the mixture of meat. Cook the mixture again till it becomes thick; stir constantly.
