Spring Fling Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of snow peas; rinsed and trimmed
2 Tbsps of oil (vegetable oil)
1 lb of shrimp (medium); shelled then deveined
1 pc of garlic clove (large); peeled then sliced thinly
Juice from 1 pc of tangerine
Juice from 1 pc of lemon
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (white)
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of cilantro (fresh); chopped
3 c of cooked rice (short-grain)
Instructions:
Heat a wok above moderately high heat then add the oil; swirl, letting it coat evenly. Add the shrimp then stir-fry them for one min then add garlic along with peas; stir-fry them for another two mins.
Add the salt, pepper, juices, and soy; continue to cook for one min or till shrimp together with vegetables are coated well. Add cilantro and mix thoroughly.
Transfer onto a heated platter then serve over cooked rice.
