Tortellini Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
9 oz of refrigerated tortellini (three cheese); prepared as stated to its package instructions, drained
1 Tbsps of oil (vegetable oil)
16 oz of frozen vegetables (stir-fry)
1/3 c of prepared stir-fry sauce (peanut-or garlic-flavored)
2 Tbsps of water
1/8 tsp of crushed pepper (red)
2 Tbsps of unsalted nuts (cashews or peanuts); chopped
Instructions:
Heat the oil on a skillet above moderately high heat then add the vegetables and cook them for 7-8 mins, while stirring frequently.
Add cooked tortellini, sauce, crushed pepper, and water; cook them for 1-2 mins or till heated thoroughly. Sprinkle nuts and serve at once.
