Tortellini with Peas & Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients:
9 oz of refrigerated pasta (tortellini)
2 c of frozen peas (baby)
3 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1/2 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to its package instructions. Place frozen peas on the colander. Once pasta is done, pour onto the colander with peas; drain thoroughly.
Place them back onto pot and add in butter; stir and cook above gentle heat till butter melts and everything are well-coated.
Sprinkle cheese then serve at once.
