Tuna Tortellini Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of beans (green); cut to 1 inch pieces and cooked
3/4 c of ripe olives (black); sliced
12-1/4 oz of canned tuna (solid white, packed in water); drained well
1 pc of tomato (large); diced
3 Tbsps of vinegar (balsamic)
3/4 c of mayonnaise
3/4 tsp of salt (celery)
1 can of corn (small)
4 pcs of onions (green); sliced
20 oz of refrigerated tortellini (Three Cheese, cooked); rinsed then drained
Instructions:
Combine the tortellini, beans, tomato, corn, olives, onion, and tuna inside a bowl; mix them well. Combine (celery) salt, mayonnaise, and vinegar inside a bowl; mix them well and add onto the mixture of pasta. Stir thoroughly and season salt & pepper.
