Vegetable Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
10 ozs of broccoli (frozen)
10 ozs of cauliflower (frozen)
10 ozs of cut into (mention size here) pcs carrots (frozen)
10.75 ozs of canned soup (cream of mushroom)
1/2 lb of cubed cheese (Velveeta)
1/2 pkg of sage stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
1/2 c of margarine; softened
Instructions:
Cook the vegetables as stated to its package instructions. Drain well then place on a 2-qt baking glass dish then add the soup and cheese. Stir gently till mixed well.
Pour the margarine onto the stuffing then cover the mixture of vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees F for half an hour.
